The owner of Camp Farm Management, Inc. is the same as the Accredited Farm Manager supervising your farm. He earned the title of Accredited Farm Manager by completing 60 hours of continuing education during a consecutive three-year period. As a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, he agrees to operate under and be held accountable to a strict code of ethics and standards of professional practice. Dean was born and raised on a grain and livestock farm near LaSalle, Illinois. He resides in Champaign. Dean joined Camp Farm Management in 1973 after graduating from the University of Illinois with a BS in Agricultural Economics. In 1978, Dean received the Accredited Farm Manager title. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker.

Dean served as the 1999-2000 President of the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ISPFMRA), and served on the ISPFMRA Board of Directors for four years. He has been actively involved in the ISPFMRA serving as member or chairman of the Publicity, Legislative, Services, Commercial Sponsorship, Meeting and Tour, Management Education, Computer, By-Laws, Honorary, Nominating, and Audit Committees.

Dean is Past Chairman of the Champaign Chamber of Commerce Agri-Business Committee. He is Past Chairman of the Champaign County Agriculture Extension Council, and has been a member of the Champaign County Extension Education Foundation Board. He is a member of Champaign West Rotary.

Carolyn was raised in Champaign, Illinois, and now resides in Urbana, Illinois. Carolyn joined Camp Farm Management, Inc. in 1994 after graduating from Parkland College with an A.A.S. in Office Management. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She also served as the Vendor Coordinator for the Urbana Sweetcorn Festival from 2009 to 2014.
